Sociological Review Annual Prize for Outstanding Scholarship - Dr. Gerry Mooney

Gerry Mooney was awarded the Sociological Review’s Annual Prize for Outstanding Scholarship (2017 volume) for his article, "Place revisited: class, stigma and urban restructuring in the case of Glasgow’s Commonwealth Games". This was co-authored with Vikki McCall (University of Stirling) and Kirsteen Paton (University of Liverpool). The research upon which this paper was based was in part funded by OpenSpace.
